First Cross Country Ski of the Winter: December 5

Wow. I am so happy. Cross country ski season is here. I had my first cross country ski today. The Smoothwater cross ski and snowshoe trails have lots and lots of snow. My favourite time to go is in the afternoon after I'm about to burst from too much computer work. A half hour ski a day, accompanied by the dogs, is all I need to keep fit. Well, almost.
